With its gargoyles and green terra cotta roof, the Tower Life Building has defined San Antonio’s skyline for nearly 100 years. 

Now this neo-gothic classic is being reimaged and remade as Tower Life Residences - a vibrant residential community of apartments and gathering spaces that wonderfully blend modern amenities with bespoke design. 

Tower Life Residences will open in Fall 2026 with 242 apartments available for lease, from studios with 12 ft ceilings to custom-designed penthouses with sweeping views across the city.
